Warehouse & Logistics Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage and direct strategic planning for logistics which include shipping, warehousing, transportation and inventory control
Manage daily activities including prepare raw material for production order and deliver to production area and etc.
Plan, forecast and manage the stock inventory
Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly stock take
Process import/export documentations for (Sea/Air/Road), shipment booking, customs declaration (K1, K2). Coordinate with suppliers, overseas counterpart offices and forwarding agents to ensure smooth operation.
Support all distribution channels and liaise closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and other arrangements
