Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Management

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods. Ensure proper storage, handling, and segregation of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to FIFO/FEFO and food safety requirements. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. Oversee loading/unloading activities to prevent damage or contamination of products.

2. Logistics Coordination

Plan and coordinate delivery schedules for finished goods to outlets, distributors, and customers. Liaise with transporters and drivers to ensure timely delivery and optimize route planning. Track shipment and resolve any delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays. Prepare and maintain all logistics-related documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and transport records. Coordinate return logistics for rejected, expired, or damaged goods.

3. Inventory & Documentation Control

Update inventory system accurately for all stock movements (inbound, outbound, and transfers). Prepare monthly inventory and logistics reports for management review. Support production planning by ensuring adequate supply of raw and packaging materials. Work closely with Procurement and Production teams to align stock availability with production schedules.

4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations. Participate in internal audits related to warehouse, logistics, and stock control. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in logistics operations. Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and product handling procedures.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
