Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient warehouse operations through the implementation of proper operating systems and procedures. Responsible for the storage and safekeeping of all goods in the warehouse by taking a proactive approach in initiating protective and preventive measures. Ensure high level of inventory accuracy and excellent data integrity. Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to end users and customers. Monitor and report inventory status, drive aged/obsolete inventory to the minimum. Ensure all scrap material is disposed in appropriate manner and converting valued scrap into revenue. Ensure optimal human resource efficiency, optimal warehouse/assets utilization and storage capacity. Pro-active in problem solving and other practical solutions to operational challenges. Conduct periodic internal audits and support all external audits. Managing the department's personnel. This includes people-management, recruiting, motivation, training and development of staffing responsibilities. Ensure a high level of safety standards for the workforce and adhere to all health and safety rules and policies as set by the company. To coordinate 5S with a team and maintain a good discipline of workforce in adhering the requirements. Compliant to SOX requirements. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Degree

in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management

, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years

in warehouse & inventory management.

MUST

be able to speak fluent in

English

&

Mandarin.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
