Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Warehouse managers are responsible for organising deliveries, storage and despatches of goods in warehouses. Warehouse managers supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are despatched efficiently to customers.

Managing the warehouse in line with the company's standards. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implementing operational policies and procedures. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Motivating and disciplining staff.

Requirements and skills:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager. 5+ years of warehouse management experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Proficient computer skills. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong people skills. Available to work extended hours.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
