You will be responsible to lead and manage entire regional center (sorting center) operations including physical operations and handling large group of blue collar workers
You will need to manage multiple stakeholders internal operation teams are running smoothly
You will need to make sure that the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
You will have to provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
You should carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output & attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
Requirements:
7-8 years experience in both operational & management level from warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, fast moving good or related industries.
Past experienced managing large group of blue collar workers, strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills

Past involvement in process improvement initiatives
