Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer orders, including order details, shipping information, and any other relevant data.

Coordinating with warehouse staff: You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This may involve coordinating with pickers and packers to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.
Receiving and processing customer orders: You will be responsible for receiving orders from customers, verifying the order details, and processing the orders in the warehouse Providing feedback to management: You may be responsible for providing feedback to management on customer concerns, warehouse operations, and other issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
