Responsibilities
- Taking care Stockroom Inbound activities i.e. Stockup and Issuance of goods to Production.
- Implement and comply with the Warehouse Operating Procedure
- Support on the Inventory check and Cycle Count
- Report irregularity cases to the Logistics Operation Manager
- Ensure all the requests and requirements from the clients are met in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth process, accute and precise warehouse activities reporting
- Investigate operation process failure, identify the rootcause and initiate CAPA to eliminate the rootcause.
- Lead, guide and develop the stockroom personnel underneath.
- Periodical 5S of the operation floor
- Perform other warehouse jobs as assigned
- Minimum education: Diploma
- More than 3 years Logistics Warehouse operation experience
- Able to drive forklift and reach truck
- Computer literate - MS soft Computer knowledge, emails
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)
