Warehouse & Operations Executive (based In Ipoh)

Job Description
What is the job about? You will be primarily in-charge of planning and executing inbound and outbound movement of goods, utilizing the Company\'s Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- In-charge of receiving inbound goods and executing the packing and delivery of all delivery of goods to customers
- Conduct quality and quantity checks when receiving goods from suppliers
- Plan and execute the repalletization of goods received into warehouse
- Ensure all orders are picked and packed properly by warehouse personnel
- Arrange delivery of orders by 3rd party logistics / courier providers
- Plan and manage the storage of goods in the warehouse
- Day-to-day handling of warehouse operations using the WMS system
- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly stock reports using the WMS system
- Any other relevant task as assigned by the Company\'s Management
- Individual who is hardworking, proactive and responsible
- Education-level: STPM / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in warehousing and logistics
- Computer literate
- Proficiency / previous experience in operating any WMS system will be an advantage
- Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to learn, team-player
