Position Summary: - The Order Picker / Warehouse Operator is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards/SLA for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Picker / Warehouse Operator is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Key Responsibilities: - Manages pick ticket orders. Pulls warehouse items from the shelves/Bin location based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements. Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery. Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed. Ensures all order pick on time & met. Maintains a high level of health and safety standards. Packs warehouse orders as necessary. Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and accurately. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements: - Possess at least SPM qualification/Diploma. Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a Warehouse preferred. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ERP system. Experience Working with an RF Scanner Preferred. Able to understand detailed instructions and work from procedures. Ability to Stay on Feet for Long Periods of Time. Ability to Work in a Fast Paced, Busy Environment. Able to coordinate work within a team environment under limited supervision. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
