Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Inbound Operations

:

Coordinate receiving of goods, including cargo unloading, inspection, and storage. Verify shipment documentation and ensure accurate recording in inventory systems.

Outbound Operations

:

Performing order picking, packing, and cargo loading for dispatch. Perform e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Ensure that all e-commerce orders are packed according to client specifications and shipping standards. Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners for smooth dispatch and delivery of e-commerce orders.

Cargo Handling

:

Supervise and participate in the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling and safety. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required.

Inventory Management

:

Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.

Safety and Compliance

:

Enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with GDPMD standards. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Team Collaboration

:

Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and customer service for smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
