Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers with product selection, pricing, and enquiries.
Promote and sell clearance and new product arrivals.
Prepare and process sales orders and invoices accurately.
Handle customer payments and issue receipts as needed.
Ensure warehouse display areas are neat, organised, and attractive.
Support the warehouse team in arranging, tagging, and restocking products.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM
or equivalent qualification.
Have experience in
retail, warehouse, or furniture sales
.
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, invoicing systems).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Physically fit to handle furniture or warehouse tasks.
Willing to work on
weekends or public holidays
when required.
