Your tasks

Optimization of Delivery:

• Plan and monitor outbound delivery to NDC and Direct Shipment.
• Ensure 100% load utilization for each shipments to make sure cost optimization
• Responsible to organize delivery for ETO and PTO tyres.

Warehouse and Logistics Operations:
Communicate with SCP, Market Distribution, RDCs and Warehouse Service Provider to meet delivery plan. Monitoring delivery progress and follow up for daily loading.

• Check outstanding Shipment Unit in Tempo & e-Lisa.
• Follow up container booking, delivery of empty container, loading status and custom clearance by forwarding agent.

Purchase the label according to forecast. Inventory Control & Label Monitoring:

• Conduct physical stock check and ensure that the integrity of the stock is maintained.
• Maintain proper stock management (out of yield, DA, slow mowers, blocked inventories, partial location, etc)
• Download the data from system and update in label monitoring format. Enforcement for Service Provider to update the label inventory data on weekly basis. Purchase label based on forecast and maintain safety stock.

Reporting:

• Prepare outbound report

Download and analyze Delivery Performance report. Update daily CBT report Freight & Handling cost:

• Responsible for invoice verification.
• Verify invoice for airfreight (ETO & PTO) To - ensure invoice charge to correct cost centre.

Quality, Environment, Safety and Health management system:

• Ensuring that all Quality, Safety and Health management system conform with requirements of International Standard ( ISO 9001 , IATF 16949 , ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 ) by adhering to clause related to Roles & Responsibilities

Your profile

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a field related to logistics, supply chain or business administration
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics.
• Proficiency in customers management, and with an understanding of their operational needs and impacts. Knowledge on SAP & BEX Reporting.
