Overall Job Objectives:

We are seeking dedicated and organized

Warehouse Staff

to join our logistics operations team. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the smooth flow of goods within the facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsible, and able to perform tasks efficiently with good time-management skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick and pack online and offline orders accurately and efficiently. Receive, unpack, and count delivered cargo. Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory checks. Move inventory and materials across facilities during day or night shifts (Night shift start times can be adjusted when required). Process inventory for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations to maintain orderly warehouse operations. Assist in tracking deliveries, updating records, and supporting supplier-related tasks when needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift, move, and manage physical inventory. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Accurate and timely picking, packing, and processing of orders. Proper receiving, counting, and documentation of incoming cargo. Regular and accurate stock-taking to maintain inventory records. Efficient movement and handling of inventory across facilities. Correct labeling, documentation, and preparation of goods for delivery. Organized and well-maintained storage areas. Updated delivery records and support for supplier-related tasks.
