To ensure products loaded or unloaded by hand or using forklift at the right place provided and checking Lot Number and items.
To ensure goods are in good conditions and well protected during transportation with plastic wrapping.
Ensuring the proper handling of goods as meet environmental quality standards and reporting loss and damages to the concerned authorities.
Entering data and editing stock order in System e.g Stock Card, Labelling, FIFO Card, and etc.
Monitor stock level and advise Head of Department on impending outages.
Participating in Monthly Stock Counting.
Make appropriate suggestion for maintaining Store area security and safety in the workplace.
Ensure all opening and closing tasks are accomplished by prioritizing, and then completing or delegating to other staff.
General up keep and daily safety check of company vehicle (forklift).
Coordinate with Store activities in line with ISO Standard requirements and KPI's
Plan and manage finish good stock levels of products meet environmental standards set by ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 standard.
Maintain Store area in neat and orderly manner by using 5S daily.
Any other job task requested by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Possess SPM qualification / Diploma in Logistics Procurements
Must have class D or B2 license.
Skills / Abilities: - Minimum 2 years in related field. - Able to work independently, dynamic and self-motivated. - Responsible and discipline
