Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, IT, or related field. Proven experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably handling IT equipment. Basic knowledge of IT hardware, especially laptops. Computer literate; experience with inventory/ERP systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills. Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibility

Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and workstations to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently. Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams for IT-related problems. Maintain and support Windows-based operating systems, ensuring system stability. Assist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Manage IT assets within the workshop and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance. Others, work not mentioned above but within the scope of your job responsibilities
