Responsible for the receiving, inspection, storage and distribution of warehouse materials. Maintain orderly storage of materials in the warehouse to ensure the safety and integrity of materials. Perform inventory counts to ensure accuracy of inventory data. Monitor material usage and replenish stocks in a timely manner to avoid material shortages. Provide required materials in time according to the production plan to ensure smooth production process. Collaborate with the purchasing department, provide feedback on material usage, and participate in material procurement planning. Handle material related issues such as quality issues, quantity discrepancies, etc. Record and report material related data such as incoming, outgoing, inventory, etc. Comply with warehouse management system to ensure the standardization and efficiency of warehouse work. Responsible for warehouse safety management, including the implementation of fire prevention, theft prevention and other safety measures.

Qualifications

More than 1 year of experience in warehouse management or material management. Proficient in using basic office software, such as Excel, etc. Candidates with experience in ERP system operation are preferred. Familiar with warehouse management processes and material management methods. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Strong sense of responsibility, careful work, and able to adapt to physical labor.
