Job Description

We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control while leading the warehouse team to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods Ensure accurate inventory records and stock control Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and productivity Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures Prepare daily/weekly reports and handle documentation Coordinate with logistics, sales, and admin teams
Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision Strong leadership and team management skills Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems) Good organizational and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and under pressure Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment Preferably able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
