Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations supporting cleanroom integration and production activities. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely material flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with cleanliness, quality, and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining uninterrupted production through efficient material management and close collaboration with manufacturing and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, kitting, and issuance of materials to cleanroom and production areas.
Ensure all materials are delivered
on time and free from defects
, supporting uninterrupted production schedules.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliation, and ERP updates.
Coordinate
project material transfers
from the technology warehouse to cleanroom integration, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and documentation compliance.
Lead warehouse layout optimization, 5S implementation, and clear labeling to improve material flow and accessibility.
Implement and enforce ESD, cleanliness, and safety protocols to maintain compliance with production standards.
Collaborate closely with
procurement, production, and quality teams
to align material readiness with build plans and customer delivery timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency, kitting accuracy, and material handling processes.
Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maintain a high level of discipline, safety awareness, and performance.
Support the use of
eSOFT ERP system
for all warehouse transactions, ensuring data accuracy and real-time updates.
Prepare inventory transition reports and support stock audits as required by management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a
manufacturing or cleanroom environment
.
Strong understanding of
inventory control, kitting, and ERP system management
.
Hands-on leadership with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
