Kawasan Perindustrian Murni Senai, 81400 Senai, Johor Bahru.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and provide guidance on import/export activities. Track, update, and manage inventory records; place orders for supplies when required. Ensure the warehouse is safe, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations. Supervise and motivate warehouse staff; delegate tasks and handle conflicts effectively. Conduct regular equipment checks and provide safety training for operators. Review shipment logs, monitor delivery performance, and recommend productivity improvements. Plan manpower allocation and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. Optimize warehouse processes to reduce turnaround time, improve inventory accuracy, and minimize waste. Communicate expectations clearly and work closely with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in a related field. At least

2 years of experience in warehouse operations

Preferrable with FMCG experience.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
