Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the supervision of receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, ensuring safety and security of the production and providing management and direction to assigned receiving staff.

To supervise daily receiving and return activities. To manage receiving staff to meet quality and productivity standards. To maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare documentation. To update checklist and daily priority tasks. To submit Receiving & Returns Report. To submit weekly wet receiving report. To update KPI results and Power Planner. To perform major cleaning in receiving area. To supervise monthly stock take. To update KPI progress and results to Production Manager and Assistant Manager quarterly. To participate in yearly performance evaluation (appraisal). To perform other tasks as instructed by Superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in Warehouse Management 1-2 years supervising experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or food manufacturing
Skills & Attributes

Leadership skills Problem-solving ability Experience with WMS (preferred) Able to operate Reach Truck/Forklift Open-minded and team player
