To support our continued growth, we are seeking a

Warehouse Supervisor

with experience in handling

perishable goods

and managing daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all

warehouse operations

related to

inbound and outbound stock movement

of fresh produce. Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched

according to FIFO (First In, First Out)

standards. Monitor

product shelf life

, freshness, and quality, ensuring timely rotation and minimal wastage. Conduct

daily and weekly inventory checks

, ensuring stock accuracy in the system. Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure proper

handling, storage, and temperature control

for all fresh fruits and vegetables. Coordinate closely with

purchasing, sales, and logistics teams

to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain

warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

in compliance with company SOPs and local regulations. Prepare and submit

daily stock movement and inventory reports

to management. Lead and train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and best handling practices. Any others task assigned by The Management Team.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of warehouse supervision experience

, preferably in the

fresh produce, F&B, or cold chain

industry. Strong understanding of

FIFO principles

,

product shelf life management

, and

temperature-controlled storage

. Hands-on experience in

inventory control and stock reporting systems

. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced and cold storage environment

. Physically fit and willing to be involved in warehouse operations. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / inventory software).
