Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who combines technical mastery of the

Sovvy System

with a people-first leadership style. Based in the heart of the Klang logistics corridor, you will be responsible for streamlining our high-volume operations while fostering a culture of mutual respect. Key Responsibilities

System Optimization:

Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the

Sovvy System

. Manage real-time data entry, troubleshoot system glitches, and ensure all inventory movements are accurately reflected.

Operational Oversight:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring that the heavy throughput typical of Klang-based distribution centers is handled without delays.

Human-Centric Leadership:

Manage a diverse team of operators and loaders. Apply the "Golden Rule"--treating every subordinate and candidate with the fairness and professional courtesy you value.

Inventory Control:

Utilize Sovvy's reporting tools to conduct daily cycle counts, minimize variance, and maintain a "Wall-to-Wall" accuracy rate of 99%+.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean, hazard-free floor. Ensure all team members are trained on safety protocols and that equipment is operated responsibly.
Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse supervision, specifically within the Klang/Port Klang region.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with the Sovvy System is mandatory.

You should be comfortable navigating its modules for picking, put-away, and reporting.

Language:

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage given the local vendor landscape).

Leadership Style:

A proven track record of "Candidate-Level" empathy--valuing the person behind the employee ID and promoting a positive, high-morale work environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
