Warehouse Supervisor

As a key player in the battery distribution network, we work closely with manufacturers and clients to bring innovative energy solutions to the market The hired Warehouse Supervisor will oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.

Job description:

Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Maintaining inventory stock levels and conditions.

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business or related field (strongly preferred)

Fluency in both Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken)

Minimum 2 years experience as a warehouse supervisor with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting knowledge.

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, management and Third-party logistics.

Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

Problem-solving skills.

Able to operate forklift.
