Job Description
Warehouse Operations
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and processes.
Staff Management
Supervise and train warehouse staff.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
Safety and Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,799.92 per month
