Warehouse Supervisor
Our Team
You will be reporting to Process Outsource Manager and work closely with Planner, Production Supervisor, Logistic team.
What You Will Do
Receive components from logistic, ensuring Part Number (PN) and quantity are correct upon receipt.
Maintain 5S for the warehouse location (including indirect/direct materials like packaging, chemicals, alcohol, tape, marker pen, etc.)
Manage inventory FIFO/aging/expired items and inform the buyer for disposition.
Arrange materials and perform regular counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensure timely material kitting for production.
Manage safety stock to trigger for replenishment of indirect materials.
Track blocked stock and arrange for MQR returns.
Ensure timely training and onboarding of new employees.
Arrange shipments with logistics.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Diploma holder in any discipline.
Experience with SAP experience.
Computer literature.
Able to work independently as an individual contributor.
