Working Day/ Hour

Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM (12 hours day shift - with 2 hours automatically OT)

Job Scope

Person in-Charged of warehouse, plant 1 and 2. Lead the warehouse team to to ensure the inventory are always meeting the accuracy target. Responsible for Receiving, Delivery, kitting. Ensure the safety guideline are followed. Warehouse ERT lead. Plan and execute training plan for operators. Ensure all In and out are recorded accurately to the system on time. Ensure the material is kit and send to production on time. Conduction counselling to the warehouse operator whenever needed. Report any violation of rules or procedure happened within the area in charge. Plan and Perform Monthly cycle count. Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Preferable for those have forklift driving licence.

Requirement

Diploma and above. Or SPM holder with more than 5 years experience in warehouse supervisor role. At least 3 years experience in warehouse supervisory role, preferably in EMS Industry. Familiar with ERP System and MES system Able to prepare reports and presentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. This position require longer hour of walking and material handling. Able to work Overtime whenever needed. Good knowledge of warehousing and inventory management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
