Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations related to assembly products. This role ensures effective inventory control, timely material supply to assembly lines, proper storage practices, and full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations for assembly materials and finished goods. Coordinate closely with Production and Assembly departments to ensure uninterrupted material flow. Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper documentation and system records. Plan, organize, and control receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all assembly-related products. Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures. Prepare and submit operational and inventory reports to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Working Environment:

Manufacturing / assembly plant environment; shift work may be required based on operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
