Job Description

:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock count, audits, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulation Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedure, and best practices Train, mentor and support warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity Monitor use of equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs needed Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations Generate & rebiew reports on warehouse performance, productivity & inventory accuracy Manage scheduling, shift planning & allocation of resources to meet operational demands Arrange and store goods in designated areas, organised the stock tidy Stock monitoring and goods out for FIFO Perform daily safety checks and maintain cleanliness for forklifts, identify and report defects for repair. Work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and customers. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Ability to analyse data and generate accurate inventory and stock movement reports. Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to optimise warehouse operations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
