The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
:
Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound). Manage team member's performance including attendance and productivity. Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently. Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity. Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply. Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage. Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders. Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet. Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
Working hours pattern:
45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required *Working location:
