to oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
2.Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
3.Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
4.Plan and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and production teams.
5.Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety and quality standards.
6.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
7.Implement and improve warehouse systems, procedures, and workflow.
8.Handle documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
9.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area (5S practices).
10.Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
