To supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
To manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
To monitor and maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
To update inventory systems with all stock movements, maintain up to dates part codes and documentation.
To inspect and document faulty or incorrect items received.
To work with service team and support urgent request for critical or breakdown parts.
Job Requirements
Min Certificate or Diploma in Logistic, Supply chain management, Business admin or any related field.
Warehousing and supply chain experience for automotive sector is a bonus.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work extended hours.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of inventory methods and practices.
Able to operate warehouse vehicle, machines and equipment - eg forklift (optional).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
