Warehouse Supervisor (shah Alam)

Job Description
1. Operational Management:
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet customer expectations. Manage inventory integrity through cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse that meets 5S/6S standards. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor workflows and maintain accurate records.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
Directly supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and leads. Schedule and assign workloads, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and tasks. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and best practices. Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.
4. Performance Improvement Plan
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and inventory accuracy. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
