Company : Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products. Conduct regular physical inventory checks to reconcile stock levels with the system database. Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and storage of products for easy identification. Order Processing: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal departments. Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the transportation of goods as required. Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Report any issues to the appropriate parties and follow established procedures for return or replacement. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the warehouse. Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Participate in regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized warehouse to facilitate easy access to products and optimize storage space. Implement efficient shelving and storage systems to minimize handling time. Documentation: Accurately prepare and maintain various documentation related to inventory, orders, and warehouse operations. Utilize computer systems and software to update records and generate reports. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow. Assist in cross-functional tasks when required to meet business demands. Continuous Improvement: Actively identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse. Suggest and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
