1. Monitor and process branch outstanding warranty claims.
2. Ensure all defective parts are tagged, stored and disposed according to policy.
3. Follow up warranty claim status to HQ
4. Appeal of warranty claim rejection (PCRS).
5. Updating Newsletter and Service Bulletin at branch level.
6. Assist in warranty audit by Proton, vendors and respective audit personnel.
7. Execute & implement any Job assignment & instruction given by Superior.
