1. Menyediakan bahan berita untuk Sinar Harian online dan cetak. 2. Setiap bahan berita perlulah mempunyai versi online ready dan print ready. 3. Setiap bahan berita wajib mengandungi artikel dan gambar berserta cadangan caption yang bersesuian. 4. Perlu menyediakan 5 bahan berita termasuk GPS, sukan, Bisnes dan lain-lain berita setiap hari. 5. Salah satu bahan berita yang dihantar setiap hari perlu merupakan video. 6. Video yang dihantar perlulah diedit (basic editing) kepada tidak lebih satu (1) minit kepanjangan video atau bergantung kepada nilai berita tersebut. Lebih tinggi nilai maka kepanjangan video boleh melebihi satu (1) minit. 7. Eksekutif Kreatif perlu menghantar bahan menggunakan sistem yang disediakan iaitu NewsPublish. 8. Bahan perlu dihantar segera untuk memastikan nilai berita terkini bagi menepati konsep online first terutama berita breaking. 9. Eksekutif Kreatif perlu mematuhi keperluan dan arahan ketua untuk memastikan KPI cetak dan online tercapai setiap bulan. Perlu menggantikan (backup) Eksekutif Kreatif (Biro) sekiranya ketiadaan mereka di sesuatu kawasan / daerah.

In 1990, through Alaf 21 and Karya Bestari, the group started to print novels and books of various genres. Subsequently, in the same year, through Ultimate Print and Dasar Cetak, the group\xe2\x80\x99s foray into the commercial printing business started 2006 - Growth and success tryst within the group. Like all success stories, leadership and vision to see beyond played pivotal role in the group. The need for a newspaper that is both neutral and independent in its reporting amidst a curtailed media landscape saw the birth of Sinar Harian in 2006 \xe2\x80\x93 the first state customized national newspaper. With a 38% growth in readership in 2012, Sinar Harian is the fastest growing newspaper in the country. 2018 - Now with Alaf 21 being the number one publisher of novels and Ultimate Print the largest commercial printer, 13 magazine titles, a book division, and with the addition of Sinar Harian, Karangkraf stands tall in the world of publishing in the country.
