WE ARE HIRING: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RECRUITMENT MANAGER / SENIOR COUNSELLOR

We're looking for passionate, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to join our team as International Student Recruitment Manager / Senior Counsellor. Be part of a mission to connect international students with top universities and colleges across Malaysia.

Position Type: Full-Time (Basic Salary + Commission)

Location: Diamond Square Business Centre, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days per week

Training: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate counselling and guidance to prospective students and parents

- Build and manage a strong B2B agency network across South Asia

- Follow up with agents and monitor recruitment performance

- Promote Malaysian institutions and academic programmes

- Process applications and handle student enrollment

- Manage outreach on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

- Achieve monthly student recruitment targets

- Report to Eduville HQ and support overall recruitment strategy

Requirements:

- Master's or PhD in any field from a recognized institution

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and native/regional language

- Experience in education counselling or international student recruitment is preferred

- Social media savvy and confident in digital engagement

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
