We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Web Design Administrator / Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about maintaining a polished online presence and possesses a keen eye for accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our company customer website, including content updates, basic design adjustments, and ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, this role involves significant data entry tasks, requiring precision and efficiency in managing and inputting information into our various digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Administration:
? Perform regular updates to website content, including text, images, videos, and promotional banners, using our Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress..
? Assist in creating and formatting new web pages and blog posts based on provided content and design guidelines.
? Conduct routine website maintenance, including checking for and fixing broken links, updating plugins, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
?Proficient in basic image editing and resizing using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
? Monitor website performance and report any technical issues or bugs to the development team
? Ensure all website content adheres to our brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Data Entry & Content Management:
?Skilled in managing data entry, updates, and ongoing maintenance across various systems, including e-commerce platforms, customer databases, and internal spreadsheets.
? Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents
? Organize and manage digital files, including product images, documents, and other media assets.
? Generate SEO performance reports from internal systems as required
? Assist in preparing and uploading bulk data for product information.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
? Experienced in website administration and accurate data entry tasks.
? Proficiency with Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress.(Optional)
?Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.(Optional)
? High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
? Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
? Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team
Preferred (Bonus Points):
? Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Communications, or a related field.
? Experience with e-commerce platforms.
? Knowledge of fundamental SEO principles.
? Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
? Fast and accurate typing skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
