Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize websites across CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix). Ensure uptime, scalability, and overall performance of digital platforms.

Custom Development & Design

Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project or Figma mockups. Build fullstack web applications using

React.js, Laravel, and Node.js

. Develop and deploy mobile applications using

React Native

. Implement modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind) for enhanced UI/UX. Optimize and debug across different browsers and devices.

E-commerce Integration

Set up and manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Customize product flows, checkout experiences, and payment gateways.

Content & Design Management

Update site content, visuals, and layouts to maintain brand consistency. Support SEO and marketing campaigns with technical implementation.

Responsive Design & UX

Ensure all websites and apps are responsive and mobile-friendly. Continuously enhance UI/UX for usability and performance.

Troubleshooting & Optimization

Diagnose and resolve technical and design issues across web and mobile. Continuously optimize for speed, security, and compatibility.

Client & Team Collaboration

Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers for seamless delivery.

AWS / DevOps Responsibilities

Set up and manage AWS services (EC2, Lightsail, S3, Route 53). Handle DNS, SSL, and server configuration. Automate deployments with

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket Pipelines

. Manage Git workflows (branches, pull requests, merges) and code reviews. Implement caching, CDN, and security best practices.

Job RequirementsTechnical Skills (Mandatory)

Proficient in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, React Native

. Strong backend development experience with

PHP (WordPress)

and

Laravel

. Working knowledge of

Node.js

for API and backend services. Familiar with Shopify's

Liquid

template language. Skilled in

API integration (REST/GraphQL)

. Strong version control skills using

Git/GitHub

(branches, pull requests, merges). Comfortable with VS Code and modern dev toolchains. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

DevOps Skills

Experience with

AWS EC2, Lightsail, S3, Route 53

. Knowledge of server configuration, deployment, and performance optimization. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

and automation. Awareness of web application security practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
