Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages

Experience in web design tools and platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or other similar platforms

Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and highly responsible with good discipline

Academic Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field

Relevant certifications in web development and SEO are added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain the company homepage focusing on user experience and functionality

Ensure the website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimize execution on all devices

Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic

Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams/ IBD in the integration of engaging content and visually appealing web designs

Perform regular website updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development & SEO trends and technologies

Integrate the website with third-party services such as payment gateways, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.

Ensure the website is secure and compliant with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Support any related digital marketing tasks, events, and ad hoc issues assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Alor Setar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
