Job Description

The Web Frontend Development Lead will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers, overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of web-based applications in the transport & distribution industry. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of web development technologies and agile methodologies.

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers
• Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of web-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in web development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologies
• Stay updated on the latest developments in web technologies
• Lead the resolution of technical issues and challenges
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
• Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data handling
• Familiarity with microfrontend architectures
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices
• Experience with GraphQL. GRPC and modern API integration patterns
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking

• State Management: Redux, NgRx, Context API
• CSS: SASS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Performance Monitoring Tools
• Browser Developer Tools
