• You will be based in Malaysia and are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channels, while responsible for the IKEA product range and commercial priorities within the framework of the IKEA Concept and brand values.
• You do this by merchandising the IKEA website & Shopping App most optimally, coordinating & aligning content to the commercial calendar, converting online traffic to sales, understanding local consumers\xe2\x80\x99 life at home & shopping behavior, exploring avenues for repeat purchases & engagements, securing a seamless online shopping experience, and aligning it with the customers\xe2\x80\x99 user journey on the IKEA website & Shopping App.

• You have a passion for home furnishings, e-commerce, and doing the best for our customers.
• You come with experience in retail, understand e-commerce operations, and web merchandising processes & methods, and are familiar with the IKEA product range (including new & seasonal) and sales steering & pricing strategies. Knowledge of online search, conversion, and engagement will be an added advantage.
• You have a proven track record in making commercial decisions based on local consumer behavior and market competitor information and are motivated to overcome challenges in an effective and timely manner.
• You are resourceful, able to prioritize and structure your work, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce functional experience.
