About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Web Programmer

to join our growing digital team. This role requires strong hands-on experience with

WordPress and Laravel

, with a focus on delivering high-quality corporate and eCommerce websites. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for user experience, technical proficiency, and the ability to transform creative designs into secure, scalable, and well-functioning web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain websites using WordPress and Laravel, ensuring performance, security, and responsiveness. Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements. Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into fully functional, interactive websites. Configure domains, hosting environments, DNS settings, and third-party API integrations. Assist internal teams with coding tasks, technical feasibility analysis, and project scoping. Collaborate with design, sales, and project management teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for all developed projects. Provide technical documentation and user manuals for client handovers. Proactively propose improvements in system architecture and user experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience with both WordPress and Laravel development (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) PHP and MySQL WordPress theme/plugin development Laravel framework architecture, Blade templating, and Eloquent ORM Domain/hosting setup, DNS, SSL, and deployment pipelines RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Team player with a proactive mindset toward learning and improvement.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with Git version control. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics integration. Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.
