Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle\'s demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

Responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

Summary:

The Web Publisher - Project Leadership provides implementation, production, publishing and testing for web deliverables produced by Oracle.com International Team.

Accountable for projects, content section translation, publishing as well as localisation on - will be the primary focus, with associated day-to-day publishing, quality control and reporting duties.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The Web Publisher works on the company International sites, providing implementation and support for country website content as required, managed through the Oracle.com engagement and life cycle management processes. This includes web publishing, content processing and content management of both flat and multimedia content.

The ability to produce Web graphics and HTML to a high standard, within any code and design guidelines laid down by Oracle is beneficial. The production of forms and user interfaces through the use of provided service\'s tools, HTML and JavaScript is also required.

Responsibilities also include liaising with Oracle personnel, country managers and content providers, with design consultancy, web solutions and task prioritisation decisions as appropriate.

Working closely with a wide variety of Oracle internal and external agency staff, good interpersonal and self-management skills are required. Tasks allocated to the web publisher may involve co-ordination and collaboration work with program creation groups or other business units.

Representing the Oracle.com production arm of web and Content Marketing, the Web Publisher will exercise with good discipline the processes and methodologies of the team.

The Web Publisher will be expected to documentation and produce timely and accurate reports for all their activities.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Acting as the go-to person on the assigned projects.

\xc2\xb7 Managing stakeholders, including identification, communication, setting expectations, providing updates and engagement, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Managing and driving translation schedule for the area of the responsibility/site section (pages, languages, update frequency, managing translation process)

\xc2\xb7 Typically acting as key resource for translation process

\xc2\xb7 Managing and executing localisation-related activities (Bill of Materials, Request Management, Demand Gen)

\xc2\xb7 Manage Digital Governance (broken links, addressing issues, compliance etc. using reporting tools.)

\xc2\xb7 Managing Multi-lingual SEO

\xc2\xb7 Regular reporting on project milestones

Required Knowledge and Skills

\xc2\xb7 Web/technical skills and experience.

\xc2\xb7 Experience of working at an international organisation in a project lead/PM capacity (min 2 years).

\xc2\xb7 Some design skills would be a nice to have.

\xc2\xb7 Strong web project management skills (ideally with relevant internationally recognised certification in Project Management).

\xc2\xb7 English required + non-English languages would be a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with content management systems

Desirable Skills

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Multilingual SEO

\xc2\xb7 Formal Project Management training/experience

\xc2\xb7 Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with good level of business English written and verbal.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Web Analytics

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

\xc2\xb7 Experience of JavaScript, AJAX, CGI, Perl, JSP is advantageous.
