JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist and coordinate with 3rd party vendors in maintaining and supporting web servers, application servers, and related system services. Support daily operations of web and application environments (e.g. Apache, Nginx) Assist in supporting web application system updates, patches, and application releases. Monitor system and application performance, uptime, and basic security alerts. Assist in managing SSL certificates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for web systems and applications used by public users and dealer channels. Assist in handling user-reported issues, system errors, and basic application incidents, and escalate when necessary. Provide onboarding and refresher training for internal staff and dealers on system and application usage. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Perform any other tasks or assignments as required by management.

REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related. Basic knowledge of server environments (Linux and/or Windows). Basic understanding of web servers or application servers is an advantage. Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft Azure) is an added advantage. Good computer skills and basic scripting or command-line knowledge is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions accurately. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
