Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the creation of banners, promotional marketing assets, email templates and landing pages across the regional HP Shopping online business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create designs following the HP framework and guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop marketing and merchandizing assets for use across HP sites. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver messaging relevant for all business segments including consumer and SMB products and markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Run daily reviews and provide effective feedback to merchandising & marketing team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on art production, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (html being a plus) Requirements Key elements: Creativity / Photoshop / Illustrator / HTML+CSS \xe2\x80\xa2 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with the online e-Commerce platforms or ad agency \xe2\x80\xa2 Fine Arts degree or equivalent studies \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand and follow specific requirements and guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and finesse when managing the multiple and diverse demands of an extremely fast-paced customer-facing environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent visual language skills to create world-class design for our HP online brand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality design production skills to understand and foresee potential setbacks in the creation of assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong proficiency in graphic design environment software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks\xe2\x80\xa6). HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong experience on online environment, web design, web graphic design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a good portfolio of art creations on the online business, web design, web graphic design that to share during the interviews Ability to speak, read and understand Simplified and Traditional Chinese is a plus
