Job Description

• The role often requires working on weekends, holidays, and evenings to accommodate wedding schedules.
• Physical labor is involved, including lifting and moving heavy floral arrangements and standing for long periods.
• Travel to various locations for consultations, sourcing materials, and setting up wedding venues is often necessary.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above

ResponsibilitiesDesign and Planning

• Create custom floral designs for various wedding elements, including bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, altar arrangements, and other decorative pieces.
• Develop floral design plans and proposals, including sketches or digital mockups if necessary.

Sourcing and Ordering

• Source and order flowers and floral supplies from wholesalers or local markets.
• Ensure all flowers are fresh and of high quality.

Preparation and Arrangement

• Prepare and condition flowers for optimal freshness and longevity.
• Arrange flowers according to design plans, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the wedding theme.

Delivery and Setup

• Coordinate the delivery of floral arrangements to the wedding venue.
• Set up floral decorations at the venue, ensuring all elements are correctly placed and look perfect.

Maintenance and Breakdown

• Provide any necessary maintenance of floral arrangements throughout the wedding day.
• Oversee the breakdown and removal of floral decorations after the event.
