Job Description

:
Assist senior florists in preparation of flower bouquets including:
i) Perform stock count
ii) Process fresh cut flowers and prepare wrapping & packaging materials
iii) Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workspace

Assist in marketing, sales and deliveries of floral products including:
i) Coordinate with dispatch personnel to ensure orders are delivered on time
ii) Respond to enquiries from customers
 
Requirements:
i) Passion in floral arrangements and floristry
ii) Desire to build a career in floral industry
iii) Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions
iv) Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
v) No prior experience in floral industry is required
vi) Ability to speak and write English, Malay, and Chinese is a plus
vii) Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our workshop is viii) within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Line LRT station)
ix) Working days are Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
x) Working hours are i) 8:30am to 6:00pm; or ii) 9:00am to 6:30pm
xi) Able to commit for at least 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:
i) Basic salary of RM1,400 – RM2,400 per month (depending on experience & capability)
ii) EPF, Socso, overtime allowance
iii) Performance-based bonus
iv) Learning opportunities and mentorship to be a full-fledged florist in 1-2 years
