- Requires at least a qualification in SPM or above or equivalent
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin (read, speak, type), Cantonese will be an advantage
- Applicants are willing to work based in night shift basis: 9pm to 6am/10pm to 7am, Monday to Friday
- Applicants are able to join on the following dates: 2 Sept 2024
- Applicants are willing to based in office at Cyberjaya.
- Candidates with medical related background will be an added advantage.
- To handle inbound and outbound calls from medical related industries such as 911, hospitals, insurances and banks.
- Able to interpret languages from English to Mandarin or vice versa in a quick timely manner
- Help smoothen the communication between the clients and their customers
- To achieve the SLA being set by the management team
- Able to think critically if any unexpected situation arises
- Salary packages: Basic RM 4000 - RM 5000 (Subject to interview performance) + RM 500 transportation allowance + up to RM 550 Night Shift Allowance
- EPF + SOCSO
- 10 days AL, 14 days ML
- Fixed Saturday, Sunday off days.
- Paid training will be provided
- Entitled to multiple medical benefits once confirmed
