Partner with the best As a Well Integrity & Completion Design Engineer, you will report into the Asia Pacific Petroleum Engineering Region Lead of Reservoir Technical Services. The role will provide Completion input to support Product lines and multi-disciplinary projects, also act as focal point for RTS in Malaysia to communicate between clients, Product lines and the RTS region team. This role will do hands-on work for completion related analysis, technical and coaching presentations, generate reports and will also be involved in business development by conducting and organizing technical presentations to support RTS and Product line sales. As a Well Integrity & Completion Design Engineer, you will be responsible for Handling hands-on work and advice for completion technology discipline for RTS APAC Providing specialist Completion consultancy services to the client and the product line teams in the areas of Completion design, well integrity, sand control, and other completion apparent technologies. Advising clients on Completion engineering matters and provides solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having good business development skills to identify the challenges and opportunities from both technical and commercial aspects and be able to assist the region team with materializing opportunities Having strong client focus with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively between client, product lines and RTS region team. Conducting Technical presentation and generate reports. Represents RTS and the company in outside technical forums. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor\'s degree in Petroleum/completion Engineering related disciplines with 8+ years or master degree with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years\' experience Have proven experience in completion design, including equipment selection, tubing/casing stress analysis, material selection, well integrity, corrosion analysis Have knowledge of workovers and remedial repair operations Have knowledge of well intervention methodologies including snubbing, coil tubing, slickline and wireline. Be familiar with barrier requirements and well design operating philosophies Be familiar with Completion software including for example WellCat, Well Plan, Netool etc Have operational / field experience is preferred Have production chemistry background is preferred Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results. Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Have Multiple Products & Services and geographical experience Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
