Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Wellness Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Wellness Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving financial objectives for outlets and/or personal and group sales performance targets. You will maintain overall professional operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational system and procedures. In addition, you will provide accurate information pertaining to services rendered and professional sales closing. Responsibilities:

• Achieve financial objectives for outlets and/ or personal and group sales performance targets

• Maintain overall professional operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational system and procedures

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Provide accurate information pertaining to services rendered and professional sales closing

• Provide good services to all customers and maintain a good image for the outlet and brand

• Develop and sell marketing concepts to target customers

• Maintain utmost tidiness and ensure clean hygiene condition of the outlet during business operating hours.

• Identify potential customers through walk-ins, telemarketing, and relevant marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Pleasant appearance

• Proficiency in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking client.

Working days are 5 days per week, with shifts from 9-3pm or 3-9pm. Salary range is RM2500 to RM4500.
